The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager in Sourcing to support strategy and growth within the Americas region.
We are looking for individuals in the following areas: Ohio, Texas, New York, Georgia, or Florida.

As a recognized subject matter expert in all aspects of sourcing, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and innovation within our Sourcing Centre of Excellence (COE). Your role will involve shaping, delivering, and evolving our sourcing value proposition with a focus on business development and creating articulation of market-leading client solutions. Through strategic input and collaboration, you will enable the business to win new logos and expand client relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Enablement: ·
- Support the bid process, including RFI and RFP contributions, ensuring sourcing solutions are tailored to address client needs and differentiate our propositions.
- Create regionally relevant sourcing collateral, integrating talent intelligence, attraction, and enablement to build comprehensive, competitive offerings. ·
- Actively participate in pitches, workshops, and prospect engagement to influence and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead 'maturity model diagnostics' and 'Art of the Possible' workshops to showcase value and establish trusted partnerships with prospective clients.
- Design, delivery, and execution of our Americas region Sourcing value proposition, including development and deployment of strategic roadmaps for sourcing strategy CoE e.g. passive and active sourcing strategies, technology and DEI Service Innovation
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for service evolution that directly enable growth, ensuring alignment with market trends and emerging client demands.
- Lead the creation of innovation roadmaps that enhance sourcing capabilities, positioning AMS to offer competitive, scalable, and future-ready solutions. · Development of innovative, new services and ways of working through tools, technology, and sourcing enablement, delivering demonstrable outputs and efficiencies (e.g. productivity gains)
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies that drive efficiencies while creating compelling value propositions to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Partner with Digital, Technology, and Transformation teams to design and standardize go-to-market strategies that accelerate client acquisition and enhance AMS’s market presence. People Leadership
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, such as podcasts, webinars, and workshops, to inspire collaboration and enhance the collective ability to position AMS as a market leader.
- Champion continuous improvement and transformation programs to align with best practices and market-leading standards. · Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and services, ensuring measurable client value. Commercial Success
- Deliver on financial targets, proactively managing budget variances and aligning solutions with growth objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise during commercial negotiations and ensure alignment on team sizing and contractual obligations.
- Own and lead new pursuits and client discussions as Sourcing SME.
- Attend new business meetings and pitches where appropriate, with responsibility to lead pitches for new business wins. Ensure pitch meets with client requirements and strategy.
- Work with the Sourcing Strategy CoE and Sourcing Operations teams to develop sourcing strategy for all new clients. Partner with Performance Management and Client Services to ensure commercial outputs are delivered.
- Work with solution design to ensure that the modeling for headcount is correct and aligned with location strategy.
- Ensure Sourcing Operations have the right tools in place and dependencies on roles to deliver against modeled productivity
- Work with new bids team on creating a catalogue of responses relevant for each location and business type (e.g. Pharma etc).
- Own and cascade growth communications across team, ensuring cascade of functional objectives, goals, strategic and commercial updates to wider team.
- Hold quarterly sessions with Sourcing Operations to bring to life relevant thought leadership, insight, and intel garnered from new pursuits and industries to help upskill team on best practice in this space.
Skills & Experience:
- Sourcing Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, RPO, and sourcing tools and technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering TA or Sourcing solutions across multiple geographies or regions.
- Growth and Business Development Focus: Proven experience in supporting RFPs RFIs, pitches, and sales processes, with a track record of winning new business or expanding existing client relationships.
- Innovation and Improvement: A continuous improvement mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop new solutions, and enhance service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building trusted advisor relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent presentation skills. Ability to design content in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for service excellence.
- Experience delivering results across multiple geographies or regions.
- Expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Engineering, Financial Services industry verticals
