AMSG is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support a Dept of Veterans Affairs opportunity we are pursuing in support of the Chief, Operations, Security, and Preparedness (OSP) Office.
The Change Management Specialist will support a small-scale project encompassing multiple tasks with a total lifecycle budget.

Responsibilities
- Perform tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects.
- Develop plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications related to major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change; completing change management assessments and change management strategy;
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance;
- Create actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan;
- Support and engage senior leaders;
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities;
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan, and evaluate and ensure user readiness;
- Manage stakeholders; track and report issues; define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- US Citizen
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 3 years of Change Management experience
- Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of Emergency Management Operations and Preparedness
- Knowledge of Security and Law Enforcement
