Job Title : Technical Debt & Cloud Resource Management Specialist

Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to drive initiatives around technical debt tracking, cloud resource tagging, and architecture automation. This on-site role requires collaboration across Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, and Business Unit IT teams to implement scalable frameworks and tools, ensuring better tracking, documentation, and reduction of technical debt.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Debt Framework Development :

Partner with the architecture team to enhance and mature the organization’s technical debt framework.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, processes, and reporting standards.
Support Business Unit IT teams in accurately reporting and linking technologies to applications, creating sustainable processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team (e.g., Power BI) to monitor technical debt and guide prioritization efforts.

2. Cloud Resource Tagging & Mapping :

Work closely with the DevOps team to refine and enhance tagging strategies for Azure cloud resources.

Drive implementation of tagging strategies that automatically link deployed resources to applications (ServiceNow CMDB, LeanIX EA tool).

Develop methods to map relationships between Azure resources and applications to streamline technical debt identification.

3. Architecture Documentation & Automation :

Implement “self-documenting” solutions for architecture using tools and processes.

Research and adopt methods for automatic discovery of deployed resources and systems.

Maintain and improve architecture documentation to ensure accuracy and usability.

4. Collaboration & Communication :

Act as a key liaison between Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, and Business Unit IT teams.

Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in technical debt management frameworks, tracking, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), tagging strategies, and architecture patterns.

Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI / CD pipelines.

Hands-on experience with tools for automatic discovery and architecture documentation (e.g., ServiceNow, LeanIX, GitHub Enterprise).

Ability to design scalable, maintainable tagging strategies and automated reporting mechanisms.

Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with Enterprise Architecture tooling (LeanIX preferred).

Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions.

Knowledge of application portfolio management (APM) principles.
