What we are looking for:
As a Project Manager on the Amsive Customer Intelligence (CI) Team, you support our client experience and development teams to oversee the onboarding and management of client technology requests and CI projects, from the point of sale to the go-live date and beyond. You will work with each of our internal departments and serve as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the project requirements, timelines, policies, and CI technology needs of Amsive and our clients, ultimately creating project plans and executing processes that enable Amsive and clients to achieve their goals. In addition, you serve as the CI point of contact for our internal clients, leading them comfortably and confidently through the project process.
What you will be doing:
Organization & Timeline Management:
- Monitor receiving and processing of client files and requirements.
- Participate in internal meetings associated with assigned clients and the implementation of business requirements.
- Capture and manage project goals and timelines through PM software.
- Prioritize and monitor task completion through the project life cycle.
- Provide timely feedback and manage internal client expectations.
- Complete QC steps to ensure project completion to agreed upon specifications.
Relationship Management:
- Troubleshooting with the client experience and CI development teams.
- Understanding and processing work requirements documentation.
- Manage and lead project check-in meetings, both internally in CI and with our internal clients.
- Liaise between departments on movement of project in progress.
- Contribute positively to the team environment to allow individual and team goals to be met.
- Facilitate strong communication between account teams and CI teams.
- Collaborate with team members in evaluating existing processes suggesting process improvements.
Who you are:
- Project management or relevant undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years work experience in a project management role.
- Basic knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple and concurrent projects.
- Advanced skills with PC-based tools including MS project, MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and professionalism with the ability to build business relationships.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate with internal teams to improve processes.
- Self-starter who works well in a high pressure environment.
- Clear and concise writing and verbal skills.
- Provides timely feedback and responses to inquiries.
- Experience within healthcare, financial, retail, insurance, and/or marketing analytics preferred.
