In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to meet the evolving needs of our business. This position has a hybrid work schedule, reporting onsite to the Corporate Headquarters in Superior, WI a minimum of three days a week.
Job Overview : The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruitment efforts by maintaining candidate data in the company's ATS, conducting phone interviews, coordinating, and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and assisting with new hire onboarding and orientation.
Core Responsibilities :
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Partner with the TA Specialist and hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Conduct phone screens of qualified talent pools.
- Organize candidate data (e.g., resumes, disposition status, offers, etc.) in the Dayforce ATS.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-employment drug screens.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
- Complete all Affirmative Action recordkeeping and reporting as directed by the HR Director.
- Manage year-one onboarding program by conducting stay interviews, distributing new employee gifts, and tracking timelines for all new employees.
- Partner with the TA Specialist to conduct New Employee Orientation, both in-person and virtually.
