Provide administrative support for branch, department or managers / executives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving, sorting and distribution of mail and deliveries
- Provide reception (door, telephone and courier) coverage as required
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Maintain calendars for managers and executives as requested and assist in travel arrangements if needed
- Assist other departments (finance, billing, human resources, operations etc.) with administrative duties as schedule permits and workload requires
- Any other similar duties related to administrative activities as assigned by supervisor

Office Environment – work is generally during traditional work hours however extreme circumstances may require work
during non-traditional office hours
