Key Responsibilities
As a Floor RN at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care and support to residents and their families.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments.
- Documenting resident care services by charting in resident and department records.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A current New York State RN license.
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
