Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Amsterdam Nursing Home is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managers for its Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City.
Duties:
- Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families.
- Provide information to Residents and the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Monitor and maintain confidentiality of Resident information.
- Document Resident care services.
- Manage nursing supplies inventory.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid NYS RN License.
- Have experience in Long Term Care.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
