General Accountabilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Approve roof repair jobs in CRM
- Schedule repair jobs and follow up with clients to ensure repairs are completed to satisfaction, and handle customer inquiries related to repairs and provide updates throughout the process
- Coordinate repair technicians with assigned repair jobs
- Communicate with vendors, crews, and team members to coordinate repair schedules and materials
- Ensure and maintain a consistent, high volume of completed repairs
- Quality control job sites from the office, checking all photos, including pre- and post-repair documentation
- Repair crew labor payroll
- Evaluate and qualify potential repair technicians, ensuring they meet company standards
- Coordinate and manage service calls to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in scheduling or coordination.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Previous experience with customer service, scheduling, or administrative duties is a plus.
- Professional demeanor.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
