What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at AMSTRDM?
We are looking for a passionate coffee whose not scared of a little hard work to join our team. We now have two locations Paso Robles and Atascadero. Should we find the right person the opportunity includes working at one or both locations.
- Starting at minimum plus TIPS.
- We are looking to fill weekends and afternoons (weekdays and weekends) at both locations.
- There is room to grow between both locations so experience as a barista and in the coffee field previously is definitely a must for the candidate we are looking for.
Barista experience needed for applicant
Customer Service, hospitality, and quality of product as well as presentation are our top priority.
Tasks/Expectations include:
Good attitude and good work ethic are a must
Ensuring quality of every item that goes out to customers
Quick execution of orders
Ability to handle busy and stressful situations
Strong communication with all staff members
Diffuse any customer complaints or issues
Previous experience in fast pace hospitality
We are looking for someone who is interested in building a long term position that wants to grow with the company.
