What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at AMSTRDM?
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team. This is a fast pace, high traffic coffee shop with a high demand for brunch service on a small infrastructure. We strive to always provide the highest quality product with the utmost attention to detail regardless.
Duties and Expectations include (not limited to):
- Daily/Weekly Food Ordering
- Prepping/Maintaining organization, dating, labeling of cold and dry goods.
- Full execution and plating of every dish
- Manage operations: brunch service
- Establish and maintain good communication with staff and owners in order to ensure menu/product explanations are always correct and current
- Priority to adhere to and maintain brand integrity at all times when preparing and serving dishes
- Creative and innovative solutions to preparation and execution of dishes
- This position has no ceiling to opportunity of growth as we continue to grow.
- Must hold food managers license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
