St. Thomas Medical Group Endoscopy Center specializes in colon cancer screening and the treatment of gastrointestinal problems. Our outpatient, freestanding endoscopic facility proudly serves the greater Nashville area. We are currently searching for a FT Administrative Assistant to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and must be able to effectively multi-task and work independently as well as confidentially with little or no supervision.
Excellent organizational and telephone skills required.
You must possess a HS school diploma/GED. Training in business services such as patient scheduling, is a plus.
