POSITION SUMMARY:
This position exists to optimize the revenue and efficiencies of ambulatory centers by developing and maintaining processes and systems to drive excellence in business operations, establish best practices, standardization and tracking.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Bus Ops for all external CMS and Commercial Insurance audits
- Send obtained medical records to Bus Ops for review. Send to audit requesters in timely manner
- Maintain data base is Sharepoint Audit Tracing and report monthly results
- Support, update and advise internal and external customers in External Audits
- Assist in the management of Chart Audit remediation with QA Team
- Work closely with internal assurance and business operations to ensure timely response to remediation requests
- Assist in remediation of full scope audits
- Submit Records for Subpoenas/Attorney Letters
- Maintain Center Assessment/Due Diligence forms
- Request new enrollment for Care Credit/Maintain and Monitor for users, change users and admin via Care Credit Portal
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Supervise office staff

Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-5 years experience in healthcare administration
- Proven track record of project management and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to bring exceptional business acumen as well as creativity to the business operations of healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Center operations
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive and energetic culture within the organization
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.
Language Skills:
Ability to understand, read, write and speak English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to successfully write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and professionally interact with managers, employees, clients, vendors and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors. Ability to understand and interpret basic financial data. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
