What are the responsibilities and job description for the Endoscopy Technician position at AMSURG, LLC?
Kissimmee Endoscopy Center is an outpatient endoscopic facility specializing in gastroenterology. Patients are frequently seen for colorectal cancer screening and problems involving the digestive tract. We believe in compassionate medicine, where patients feel reassured and unrushed. We are currently searching for Full Time Endoscopy Technician or Medical Assistant to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include: cleaning procedure rooms; assisting physicians; processing scopes; restocking and changing over rooms; performing housekeeping duties and assisting in maintenance of all supplies.
You must possess a HS school diploma/GED and a BLS certification. One year prior endoscopy experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
