We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Governance Analyst with expertise in the Adobe ecosystem to support a key IT Governance project for a pharmaceutical industry client. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure traceability, compliance, and process optimization while providing critical performance insights and governance reporting. This role requires a focus on KPI tracking , data analysis, and adherence to governance frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- KPI Tracking and Reporting :
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user story completeness, defect rates, and velocity
- Prepare and distribute monthly governance reports , highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Process Improvement :
- Identify areas for process optimization and recommend governance improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices in governance processes.
- Data Analysis and Insights :
- Analyze governance data and performance metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Compliance and Documentation :
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and deliverables
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of governance activities and change management processes. Qualifications :
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience :
- 5 years of experience in governance, data analysis , or related roles.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry governance . Experience in the MarTech space within pharma is preferred.
- Technical Expertise :
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI Tableau
- Familiarity with governance and project management tools, including Jira Azure DevOps (ADO) , and Confluence
- Experience working with the Adobe Stack (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM) and understanding its governance aspects.
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and detail.
