Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Lead with expertise in the Adobe ecosystem to develop and oversee QA frameworks for a pharmaceutical industry client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all digital products meet functional, ADA, security, and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle while driving continuous process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Framework Development :
- Develop and enforce QA frameworks tailored to functional, ADA compliance , security, and performance standards.
- Quality Oversight :
- Oversee the execution of quality gates at each stage of delivery to ensure compliance with benchmarks.
- Reporting & Process Optimization :
- Provide comprehensive QA reports , identifying issues and recommending actionable improvements.
- Continuously review and optimize QA processes to align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA practices into the development lifecycle.
