Construction Permit & Document Administrator – Detroit
We seek a detail-oriented Construction Permit & Document Administrator to support construction projects in Detroit. This role focuses on permit coordination, document management, and administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. The ideal candidate has experience with construction permitting, document control, and industry software such as Autodesk Build (ACC Build) and Procore.
Key Responsibilities :
Permitting & Compliance :
- Manage and coordinate permit applications with the City of Detroit.
- Ensure safety paperwork is up to date.
- Assist with OCIP (Owner-Controlled Insurance Program) incidents onsite.
