Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Level 1 Tech to assist with upgrading our systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems and be able to provide technical support to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to users during and after the upgrade process.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during the upgrade.
  • Ensure all systems are correctly configured and updated.
  • Maintain accurate records of upgrade processes and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate effectively with users to provide clear instructions and support.

Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Experience with installing and configuring operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • CompTIA A certification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with Windows upgrades or migrations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
