Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across diverse sites
- Support and optimize LAN/WAN/WLAN/DMZ environments and cloud network integrations (AWS, Azure)
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and firewall issues with deep packet-level analysis
- Secure SCADA/ICS networks and support operational technology systems across field locations
- Implement and maintain VPNs, NAC, SD-WAN, QoS, wireless, and MPLS solutions
- Deploy and manage Aruba ClearPass for network access control and endpoint policy enforcement
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce secure access protocols (IDS/IPS, ACLs, RADIUS, TACACS , ClearPass)
- Monitor network performance and mitigate risks using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and NetFlow
- Provide technical leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects and network upgrades
- 6 8 years of network engineering experience in large, complex enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of IP subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and multicast
- Expertise in packet capture analysis and traffic monitoring
- Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, or similar NAC solutions
- Familiarity with oil & gas operations, field connectivity, and industrial network safety protocols
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, and network management platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused attitude
- CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent (highly preferred)
- CompTIA Network , Security , Fortinet NSE 4 , Palo Alto PCNSE, or Juniper JNCIS
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001) a plus
