Key Responsibilities :
- Perform simulated attacks against an organization's systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify weaknesses that malicious actors could exploit.
- Develop and execute penetration testing scenarios, social engineering tests, and vulnerability assessments.
- Identify, report, and document security vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's security posture.
- Recommend mitigation strategies and work with the IT team to implement security measures that protect against potential attacks.
- Collaborate with other cybersecurity team members to develop and maintain offensive security tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and tools to ensure that the organization's security measures are always effective and up-to-date.
- Work closely with IT and other business teams to identify and prioritize critical assets and infrastructure that require additional protection.
