Business Central Developer – Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are seeking an experienced Business Central Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help drive successful ERP implementations. This role is pivotal in designing and deploying supply chain and financial solutions while leveraging industry’s best practices. The Business Central Developer will collaborate closely with business leaders to analyze requirements, develop functional specifications and deliver user training to ensure smooth adoption. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of business processes, data structures and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ERP implementations, with a focus on supply chain management, financial processes, inventory management and operational efficiency. The developer will be responsible for guiding individuals through end-to-end implementation processes, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and a customer-focused mindset will be key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, focusing on supply chain and financial process optimization.
· Work with business stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze functional requirements.
· Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions that align with business needs.
· Develop and present functional specifications to guide the implementation process.
· Conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and confidence.
· Coordinate conference room pilots and user acceptance testing.
· Assist in data migration, testing and system go-live support.
· Provide ongoing post-implementation support and trouble shooting.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field.
· Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· 2 years of experience in Business Central Implementation, configuration and process design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
