OVERVIEW :

Our client is looking for a fast-response, proactive, and self-directed individual to assist their engineering organization. The candidate should have a proven record of achieving results, be a leader and hands-on collaborator, and have excellent communication skills. They want a professional who is an influencer, keeps a cheerful outlook, and excels at adapting to the organization's needs.

Position Responsibilities :

• Provide daily technical support and leadership to designated product lines, including hands-on root cause analysis, problem-solving, and long-term strategic direction for the product
• Collaborate dynamically with engineering, operations, materials, quality, suppliers, and marketing staff to implement significant improvements in product quality
• Conceive, justify, and plan solutions for complex problems. Implement engineering design changes that improve product function, reduce costs, reduce defects, and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Design, develop, and comply with testing procedures
• Create and revise product drawings and BOMs
