Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Paris, KY
Duration: 6 months contract (with a possibility of extension depending on the client needs)
Work schedule: 1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
- Conduct general maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment.
- Maintain repair and maintenance records.
- Maintain building electrical system and heating and cooling equipment.
- Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts, product racks, materials handling equipment, etc.
- Answer security alarm calls as needed.
- Assist with replacing ceiling tiles, patching, painting, and assisting with facility maintenance projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 3 years applicable direct experience in a similar position
- Collaboration Tool: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Applied maintenance experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred
- Skills in mathematics, personal computers and related applications are vital
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems required
Salary : $21 - $25
