What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Amtec Inc.?
Work Schedule: Mon-Thur 9am-4pm & Fri-8:30-12:30
Brief description of job duties:
- Accuracy a must as note entries in our CRM and data entry including sensitive information are necessary for continual follow up.
- Follow up for new policies while maintaining HIPAA guidelines
- Answering inquiries from clients and helping with insurance related billing questions and claims.
- Communication with agents and brokers, carriers and other agencies.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the insurance field is desired but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $20 - $22
