- Directly supervising Managers in the Manufacturing/Operations for Space products
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
- Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards
- Develop team environment to maintain and enhance a competitive edge and service to the customer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum of eight (8) years of directly related production/operations experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Military or Aerospace specifications and quality clauses
