- Operations: Ensure seamless compliance with policies and regulations, coordinating flawlessly with other departments.
- Administration: Handle paperwork, schedules, and vendor contacts with efficiency and precision.
- Research: Dive deep into acts, venues, and demographics to secure the best bookings and optimize events.
- Reporting: Analyze ROI to drive profitability and success, making every event a triumph.
- Minimum of three years in entertainment management is essential.
- BA degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Must acquire and maintain a Gaming License through POIGRA.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities are a must.
