Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple daily inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation of products throughout the facility.
- Manage the requisition of products from storage to production, recording all inventory changes in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Verify product quality and quantity immediately after receiving to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Preparation team to understand inventory needs and support daily/weekly production targets.
- Communicate significant inventory changes clearly and promptly to the Inventory Control Team Lead.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, product quality, and yields.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals.
