Job Overview
The Associate Director of Development will be responsible for leading our Individual Giving Team's Annual Giving Campaign, which aims to raise funds from individual donors through various means, including employee giving, special events, and tribute and memorial gifts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Annual Giving plan, including target settings and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, board members, and internal teams.
- Cultivate and solicit annual gifts from individual donors, focusing on major gift opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse data to inform fundraising decisions and optimize results.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or at least 2 years of experience in fundraising.
- Proven track record of achieving fundraising goals and targets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and donor management systems.
- Valid CA driver's license and state-required insurance.
