Position Title: Project Analyst/ Administrative Assistant
Location: New Boston, TX.
Contract Duration: 12 months (possibility of conversion to FTE or extension)
Work Schedule: 4/40 (6:30am-5pm)
Pay Rate: $23.18/hour
Job Description:
As a Project Analyst/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily administrative tasks related to a direct customer program as requested by the program manager and team members.
You will maintain calendars for multiple program team members, plan meetings and events, and take meeting minutes.
You will create written documents, communications, presentations, and statistical reports following program requirements.
Additionally, you will transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into the BAE Systems EFIR database, manage data collection, format, edit, and submit weekly reports.
You will interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner and meet with the program manager regularly to determine their needs.
You will develop, implement, and improve processes to support the program and perform other duties as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
