Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and planning for projects within the industrial, semiconductor, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive code analysis and ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee code conformance, ensuring that all designs meet or exceed established guidelines.
- Oversee and participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality architectural standards.
- Coordinate closely with various disciplines within the organization to collaborate, optimize, and improve work, staff sharing by participating in multi-discipline strategy sessions, and develop innovative and practical architectural solutions.
- Prepare and present project proposals, design concepts, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure project compliance.
- Perform field verifications / site walks to identify, verify, resolve, and incorporate solutions into design packages. May troubleshoot design problems in the field during construction.
