Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate

- This is for a mid-day shift assignment.
- Will train on days (7am) until training complete.
- Regular shift after training begins at 12:00pm and works until completion
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Report quality variances
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a Stand-Up Forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required
- Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Must have at least 1 year experience operating Stand Up Forklift and Rider Pallet Jack.
- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (10-40)
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months experience in manufacturing environment preferred
