Reports to: Director of HR (CAO) with a dotted line to ARO Site Operations Leader
Our Aerospace client is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to partner with site leadership and drive key HR initiatives. This role ensures compliance, supports a high-performance culture, and fosters employee engagement through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
- Conduct investigations, facilitate training (e.g., harassment prevention, ethics), and lead employee development programs.
- Manage union relations, including negotiations, grievances, and contract compliance.
- Oversee payroll/timekeeping, HR reporting, workers’ comp, drug testing, and benefit administration.
- Collaborate on company-wide HR strategy, including succession planning, org development, and compensation.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 5–8 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems (ADP Vantage preferred), and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to lead, communicate across levels, solve problems, and influence outcomes.
- U.S. work authorization required; must meet U.S. export control regulations.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
