Responsibilities
- Create and Approve AS9102 FAIRs: Lead the way in creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and ensuring accuracy by approving those generated by your peers. Your attention to detail will help minimize rejections and ensure smooth processes.
- Submit Complete and Accurate EIDPs: Prepare and submit End Item Data Packets (EIDPs) that meet the highest standards for aerospace customers, ensuring quality every step of the way.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and take the lead on implementing corrective actions that enhance overall efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Support Quality Engineers in root cause investigations, NCR containment actions, and even assist with assembly preparations for Source Inspection.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in Aerospace: Ideally, you’ll have 2 years of experience with Aerospace FAIRs or be AS9102 certified. If you’ve worked a minimum of one year with EIDPs, that’s a huge plus!
- Attention to Detail: You’ll need to be meticulous with your work, ensuring no detail is missed when creating or approving FAIRs and EIDPs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Be ready to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both within the organization and with external customers and suppliers. You’ll be the voice of technical accuracy and clarity!
- Problem-Solver: You’ll have the ability to analyze complex issues and come up with practical solutions in real-time.
- Fundamental Experience: IPC Fundamentals of PCB Fabrication and Assembly (or equivalent) required. Minimum two years’ experience completing AS9102s.
- Certifications: IPC-A-610 Certification required. AS9102 certification is preferred.
