Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee import and export compliance, maintaining manuals and conducting audits
🔹 Assist with new product coding in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams
🔹 Ensure proper filing of import/export records in alignment with U.S. and Company regulations
🔹 Support Government Licensing applications and provide FTA data to customers as needed
🔹 Monitor compliance systems and tools, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and Company policies
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field
✔ Prior experience in trade compliance, brokerage, or transportation industries
✔ Strong analytical and technical skills to optimize compliance processes
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Programs for documentation and reporting
✔ Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners
