Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including company policies and procedures, user manuals, installation guides, product specifications, and online help content.
- Edit and manage online technical documentation on company websites using WordPress and other platforms as required.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate technical details into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines and branding across all documentation.
- Assist in the creation of training materials, FAQs, and other support content as needed.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates or changes.
- Use tools and software to organize, publish, and manage documentation effectively.
