We seek an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a stateoftheart manufacturing facility in the Greater Seattle Area. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in manufacturing particularly those with experience in breweries wineries fermented dairy supplements or other biological processes. Local candidates are preferred but we are open to considering candidates with ties to the area or a strong understanding of the regions cost of living and relocation assistance may be provided for the right individual. Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and achieve operational goals.
- Oversee the rollout of new systems and processes including ERP implementation to enhance data management and tracking.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across departments promoting a culture of trust and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Professional breweries (larger structured organizations).
