Your Role

As a CAD Production Drafter, you’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team. You’ll not only create precise technical drawings but also engage in hands-on experiences that support your professional growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Design Support and Technical Excellence: Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other software, translating concepts into actionable architectural and engineering designs.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment with design goals and project specifications.
• Documentation Mastery: Assist in producing critical documents such as material lists, cost estimates, and technical reports to ensure project efficiency and clarity.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and update design libraries, ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards and are reflective of project developments.
• Fieldwork and Construction Administration: Step out of the office and into the field to conduct site visits, produce field reports, and perform building tests. This includes activities such as climbing ladders for roof and façade access to assist with assessments and construction administration tasks.
• Project and Meeting Support: When necessary, attend construction meetings, contribute valuable insights, and provide updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Inter-Office Collaboration: Support project needs across our nationwide offices, fostering a unified team culture.
