Staff Accountant Position
This is a Full-time onsite position reporting to the Controller / CFO.
Job Description :
Staff Accountant will primarily include, but not necessarily be limited to :
- Aiding and supporting Amtech’s Corporate Controller / CFO as necessary
- Managing and processing accounts payable and receivables.
- Monitoring aging reports and overseeing collection efforts
- Preparing and issuing client invoices
- Assisting with Amtech’s banking operations
- Monitoring Cash Flows and fee projections.
- Working with the Amtech’s office managers and administrative staff on operational and financial objectives
- Performing and aiding-in office management functions as necessary
- All other financial and accounting-related tasks
- Coordinate and assist in Month-End activities.
