About the Role:
Our Client is looking for dedicated Field Service Technicians/Engineers (L1/L2) to join our team and support the installation, qualification, and troubleshooting of our cutting-edge semiconductor equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with electro-mechanical experience and a passion for technology, with potential to grow within the company.
What You Will Do:
Install, deinstall, and qualify, Proprietary semiconductor equipment, focusing on high-precision interconnection technology for IC Packaging.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical training at customer locations and support IQ activities.
Work closely with customers to address technical issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain flexibility to work afternoon or night shifts as needed.
Education:
AA in STEM fields or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines.
Experience in electro-mechanical environments or semiconductor equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Understanding of Integrated Circuit Manufacturing and IC Packaging processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
