Job Title : Application Security Architect
W2 Rate : $86 / HR
LOCATION DETAILS : Boston, MA – LOCAL CANDIDATES, FIRST PREFERENCE
Hybrid onsite 3 days (Tues-Thurs onsite)
Only taking USC, GC or TN Visa
Duration : 6 months with possible extension
Job Description :
We are hiring for an experienced Senior Application Security Architect. Must have the following background – local candidates are considered first, but open to nearby relocations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an application security role, with hands-on experience in security architecture and risk assessments.
- Strong expertise in securing container environments and managing container security – OpenShift, Podman, and Docker.
- Experience with API management and security, especially with MuleSoft and Traceable.
- Proficiency in managing open source security and using tools such as NexusIQ.
- Experience with implementing Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP) with Contrast Protect.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001.
