Senior Oracle Database Administrator
Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid
Salary: Open
Must have:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database administrator.
- Prior work in data center with large data storage of at least 100TB strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge about Oracle database, processes, and structures.
- Deep knowledge about Linux/Unix.
- Ability to backup and restore objects, databases, and files with no supervision.
- Experience and deep knowledge in Exadata.
- Deep experience with Dataguard technology.
- Ability to work with users/developers in a fast paced environment.
- Humility to accept the knowledge gap and strive to reduce the knowledge gap.
- Enjoy working with databases and continue to enjoy working with databases.
- Desire to learn new technologies, new features, and responsiveness.
- Python and/or Unix programming.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is a MUST HAVE
