SAPS/4Consultant (SAP/ S4) with Inventory

Exciting opportunity for an SAP S/4 Consultant to join a dynamic team! This role will be a key player in supporting an SAP implementation project for an enterprise company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4, ensuring a deep understanding of system processes and configurations.

Lead and execute testing efforts, including creating and maintaining test cases under the guidance of a Solutions Architect.

Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure a successful implementation.

Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch system issues, working closely with technical teams and SAP end users to improve workflows.

Work as a liaison for teams transitioning to SAP S/4, ensuring smooth adoption and process improvements.

Analyze and integrate new systems into SAP S/4

Provide end-user training and documentation, including the use of Fiori apps and quick reference guides (QRG manuals).

Conduct light configurations within the fuel management system, making logic adjustments while directing developers for deeper changes.

Utilize qTest for test management and JIRA for project tracking, ensuring alignment with business and IT teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Strong hands-on SAP S/4 implementation experience in Source to Pay, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing.

Experience designing and executing test cases for SAP implementations.

Deep understanding of SAP S/4 processes and configurations, with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.

Experience troubleshooting SAP system issues and providing ongoing post-go-live support.

Ability to perform light configurations and effectively communicate with developers for system modifications.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think independently, and work across cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience with QTEST

Experience working with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.

Experience with stock room management or physical warehouse management.

Exposure to production planning within SAP.
