About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven improvements within our healthcare organization. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement data quality strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Design and optimize data integration processes to facilitate seamless data flow.
• Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex healthcare challenges.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
• Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with case management systems and immunization registries.
• Knowledge of data integration and interoperability concepts.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
