Title : Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team
Location : Columbus Ohio hybrid -3 days a weeks onsite
Need 9 years of exp with strong exp in EDW (Enterprise data warehousing) with strong banking or financial services background
Job Descriptiony
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team . In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and manage the product backlog. Key technologies include Snowflake, DataStage, Python / PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, the product owner, and team members.
- Work in an Agile environment to develop Features and User Stories.
- Collaborate with the team and Product Owner to gather and document requirements, including data mappings.
- Refine Epics into Features and User Stories with the team.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are ready for prioritization.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks.
- Work with Application BSAs to address impediments.

Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
