Salary : $80,000 - $90,000

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chemist to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is crucial for developing innovative ink and coating formulations to support our continued growth in the flexible packaging market. The Chemist will be involved in all stages of product development, from formulation and testing to scale-up and commercialization.

Responsibilities :

• Develop new ink and coating formulations for flexible packaging applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of formulations.
• Scale-up successful formulations for commercial production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, production).
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
