Role: Epic Clarity Data Analyst
Location: Hackensack, NJ (Remote- with Occasional onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Bachelor of Science degree
2. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of that experience tied to data analysis within the healthcare setting.
3. Proficiency in Epic Clarity reporting and revenue cycle modules.
4. Competent in SQL, Python or R
5. Strong grasp of analytic and statistical methods.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Abilities Preferred:
1. Knowledge and application of project management disciplines in a complex environment.
2. Experience observing stakeholders and workflows to learn about underlying problems and potential solutions.
3. Clinical experience in the inpatient or outpatient setting.
4. Experience in facilitating, leading, and influencing large interdisciplinary project teams.
5. Experience with Agile Development methods and tools.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
1. Epic Clarity Data Model certification
2. Epic Revenue Cycle certification
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
1. Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) certification
