Specific Skills Required for Position:
- Minimum Associates degree from an accredited college or university and 3 to 5 years of full-time experience.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office 365.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Systems that use integrated financial modules.
- Familiarity with oracle e-business suite financials and integrated systems and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Good time-management skills and adherence to deadlines.
- Analytical and financial skills and the ability to reconcile financial information using data from multiple systems.
- Work is to be performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Explain the function(s) to be performed by the requested staff member:
- Identify, analyze, and coordinate corrections for financial discrepancies (Obligation and Payment related) within our Financial Systems-Oracle, PCM, RCMS, CAMP and FMS by using various financial reports.
- Track and monitor existing exceptions/discrepancies identified for review and update Smart sheet accordingly.
- Follow up with different Departments/Units regarding status of exceptions identified and submitted for review.
- Provide updates to Management regarding status of discrepancies identified i.e., Pending, Resolved, and In Progress etc.
- Provide weekly report/feedback regarding ‘New’ and ‘Pending’ issues on the BI report for review.
- Investigate and/or assist with any problems or questions other Units/Department may have.
- Update Obligation Utility with missing amendments numbers.
- Assist with specials projects, as necessary.
- Reconcile client Contracts (Requirements (Mentor, JOC, EMGY), HARDBID, Consultant, and IEH) to ensure that all sources (CMS, Source, Financials) are aligned.
- Perform related duties.
