Role: Learning Technical Trainer II
Location: Onsite, Monday-Friday (Irving, TX)
Summary:
The Learning Technical Trainer II is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for enterprise business systems to meet organizational requirements and regulatory standards. This role supports users at all levels, focusing on platforms such as ERP (Infor), Kronos, Concur, Office 365, and others. The trainer ensures the continuous improvement of training materials, provides user support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive system adoption and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor), Kronos, Concur, Office 365, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain focus on learner objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Delivery:
- Prepare, manage, and maintain an engaging learning environment.
- Facilitate learning sessions using various methods to ensure alignment with learner objectives.
- Deliver constructive feedback and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Present ideas effectively to diverse audiences and manage learner motivation.
Training Content Development:
- Develop, maintain, and test training materials and environments.
- Create standardized training programs that address organizational objectives.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with system updates and new business initiatives.
User Support:
- Train super-users and end-users on enterprise applications and business systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter resource for designated applications.
- Provide ongoing education and training to maintain user proficiency.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Work with teams across departments (ERP-Infor Services, HR, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, Talent Management) to identify training needs.
- Communicate project updates and technical system capabilities to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements in learning delivery.
