Job Title : Life Actuarial Pricing Manager (Remote)
Location : Remote (with occasional travel to Bloomington, IL)
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Life Actuarial Pricing Manager to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals, drive product innovation, and ensure our life / health / annuity products remain competitive and profitable.
Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership and Development :
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to actuarial staff.
Oversee the life / health / annuity actuarial division, including planning, visioning, and communication of results to leadership.
Monitor industry trends and product profitability to ensure a competitive and valuable product suite.
Manage the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities.
