Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Oracle Cloud Experience:
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in managing configurations related to Oracle ERP or other Oracle Cloud modules.
- User Setup and Management:
- Experience in creating user accounts in Oracle Cloud, ensuring they are configured properly to access relevant applications and data.
- Managing user lifecycle including onboarding, role assignments, and offboarding processes.
- Creating and Managing User Roles:
- Ability to define and create custom roles to grant the appropriate level of access based on job functions.
- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) within Oracle Cloud, ensuring users have the right permissions and security access for their tasks.
- Assigning Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with assigning responsibilities to users within Oracle Cloud. This typically refers to determining what tasks and privileges users can execute.
- Managing the configuration of roles, responsibilities, and permissions across different Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, HR, Procurement).
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensuring proper security measures and compliance with internal policies when assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to audit user activities and permissions to ensure there are no unauthorized access or security risks.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Assisting users in resolving access issues, understanding their roles and responsibilities, and fixing permissions errors.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Working with other IT, business process owners, and project teams to ensure smooth user setup and role assignments.
- Ability to gather requirements from business users to ensure the correct roles and responsibilities are created.
